Arsenal’s Robin van Persie may be considering joining FC Barcelona to be re-united with Fabregas.

Yep, according to reports from Spain, Barcelona are looking to sign the 28-year-old Arsenal striker Robin van Persie this summer. This is not yet fully confirmed since Arsene Wenger states that van Persie is actually a world class player, his actual quote “You have national class, international class and world class, and Robin is world class.” showing everyone that he’s not really that keen on losing van Persie.
It’s not only Barcelona who’s after van Persie, along with Barcelona, it seems that Manchester City an Real Madrid are also after the mega-star. Reports earlier this month actually suggested that Madrid was the first to lure the Arsenal striker, but El Mundo Deportivo have stated that the Netherlands international is more keen on joining their rivals.
On Tuesday reports have hinted that Dutchman seems to be pretty keen on moving to Camp Nou to play alongside Fabregas, the former Arsenal captain. Fabregas, has joined his boyhood club in summer 2011 for a £35Million deal, and it seems like van Persie wants to be side-by-side again.
Nevertheless, if Gunners do fail to secure a finish at the top four and miss out being at the top of the Champions League next season, Arsene Wenger may find it a little bit hard to convince the Dutchman to stay in London and sign a contract next year.
