Premier League Most Hated 2010/11 - +

Premier League’s Most Hated 2010

Joey Barton

Possibly the most hated player in the Premiership this season, he has been in trouble with clubs and the law and it seems that his time in the slammer has not helped to improve his timing in tackles.

Emmanuel Adebayor

Hated from his time at Arsenal after proving that someone built like a brick wall can crumble under the slightest touch from a defender.

Ashley Cole

Cole has proven to be hated by more than just football fans following a series of incidents both on and off the pitch leading to his recent divorce from wife Cheryl.

El Hadji Diouf

Known as the spitter by many, his reputation seems to carry forward from season to season and he’s not about to break out of the list anytime soon in our opinion. He moans, cheats, spits and dives. FACT.

Rio Ferdinand

Loved by Manchester United fans and hated by all others, the defender seems to have done sometime wrong in a past life after making the list based on strong performances and girly tantrums.

Didier Drogba

Made the list after being proven to like to hit the ground more than the ball, his honesty is questioned by fans all over the globe and his power while in form will not help matters.

John Terry

Jumping into the list this year is John Terry. His placing comes after he was caught out cheating on his misses with an England and former Chelsea team mates ex.

The whole nation wanted his head on a plate but instead settled for his England captaincy.

Nani

Has to be one of the worst players in the Premier League for going to ground the moment that he feels the slightest touch. He seems to think that his skills are good enough to make Manchester United fans forget about a certain midfielder that headed to Spain for £80m but he’s simply not that good!

Kevin Davies

More a nuisance than anything else, seems to haunt the bigger clubs in the Premiership with his strong presence in the air.  Just looking at his smug face after a game that he has scored in can make your blood boil.

Gary Cahill

Tough tackling defender that could have the worst timing in the whole league, leading to a string of red cards and injuries caused by the ape of Bolton. Someone get this guy a watch and show him how to time things!
