Manchester United target
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed that the club are looking to purchase a defensive midfielder to cover for injury prone Owen Hargreaves who has proved that he is more sustainable to injuries than he is to Premiership appearances.
Following a scouting report from one of his staff, Ferguson has turned his attention to Tottenham Hotspurs‘ Wilson Palacios with the view to try to get his hands on the player in the next transfer window.
A move to Manchester United would prove to be a great one for Palacios as he is the type of player to want to take his game to the next possible level, something that would instantly be achieved should Tottenham agree a price with the club.
